1. Let us, with a gladsome mind,
Praise the Lord, for He is kind.

For His mercies aye endure,
Ever faithful, ever sure.

2. Let us blaze His Name abroad,
For of gods He is the God.

3. He with all commanding might
Filled the new made world with light.

4. All things living He doth feed,
His full hand supplies their need.

Praise the Lord, for He is kind.

WE ARE NEVER WEARY OF THE GRAND OLD SONG
1.We are never never weary of the grand old song;
Glory to God, Hallelujah;
We can sing it loud as ever, with our faith more strong
Glory to God, Hallelujah;

O the children of the Lord have a right to shout and sing
For the way is growing bright, and our souls are on the wing
We are going by and by to the palace of the king;
Glory to God, Hallelujah!

2. We are lost amid the rapture of redeeming love,
Glory to God, Hallelujah
We are rising on its pinions to the hills above;
Glory to God, Hallelujah!

3. We are going to the palace that is built of gold
Glory to God Hallelujah!
Where the King in all His splendour we shall soon behold
Glory to God, Hallelujah!

4. There we’ll shout redeeming mercy in a glad new song,
Glory to God, Hallelujah!
There we’ll sing the praise of Jesus with the blood-wash’d throng,
Glory to God, Hallelujah!

O WORSHIP THE KING
1. O worship the King,
All glorious above
O gratefully sing
His power and His love;
Our Shield and Defender,
The Ancient of days,
Pavilioned in splendour,
And girded with praise.

2. O tell of His might,
O sing of His grace,
Whose robe is the light;
Whose canopy space.
His chariots of wrath
The deep thunder – clouds form,
And dark is His path
On the wings of the storm.

3. Thy bountiful care,
What tongue can recite?
It breathes in the air,
It shines in the light,
It streams from the hills,
it descends to the plain,
And sweetly distils
In the dew and the rain.

4. Frail children of dust,
And feeble as frail
In Thee do we trust,
Nor find Thee to fail
Thy mercies, how tender,
How firm to the end,
Our Maker, Defender
Redeemer, and Friend!

5. O measureless Might!
Ineffable Love!
While angels delight
To hymn Thee above,
The humbler creation,
Though feeble their lays,
With true adoration
Shall lisp to Thy praise.

OH FOR A THOUSAND TONGUES TO SING
1. Oh for a thousand tongues to sing
My great Redeemer’s praise,
The glories of my God and king,
The triumphs of His grace!

2. My gracious Master and my God,
Assist me to proclaim,
To spread through all the earth abroad
The honours of Thy name.

3. Jesus! The name that charms our fears,
That bids our sorrows cease;
Tis music in the sinner’s ears,
Tis life, and health, and peace.

4. He breaks the power of cancelled sin,
He sets the pris’ner free;
His blood can make the foulest clean,
His blood availed for me.

5. Hear Him, ye deaf; His praise, ye dump,
Your loosened tongues employ;
Ye blind, behold your Saviour come;
And leap, ye lame, for joy!

BLOW YE THE TRUMPET, BLOW!
1. Blow ye the trumpet, blow!
The gladly solemn sound
Let all the nations know,
To earth’s remotest bound:

Refrain
The year of jubilee is come!
The year of jubilee is come!
Return, ye ransomed sinners, home.

2. Jesus, our great high priest,
Hath full atonement made,
Ye weary spirits, rest;
Ye mournful souls, be glad:

3. Extol the Lamb of God,
The sin atoning Lamb;
Redemption by His blood
Throughout the lands proclaim:

4. Ye slaves of sin and hell,
Your liberty receive,
And safe in Jesus dwell,
And blest in Jesus live:

5. Ye who have sold for naught
Your heritage above
Shall have it back unbought,
The gift of Jesus’ love:

6. The Gospel trumpet hear,
The news of heavenly grace;
And saved from earth, appear
Before your Savior’s face:

ORE WO L’ANI BI JESU
Ore wo l’ani bi Jesu, ti o ru banuje wa!
Anfani wo lo po bayi lati ma gbadura si!

WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS
1.  WHAT a friend we have in Jesus,
     All our sins and griefs to bear;
     What a privilege to carry
     Ev’rything to  God in prayer.
     Oh, what peace we often forfeit,
     All because we do not carry
     Ev’rything to God in prayer.

2.  Have we trials and temptations?
     Is there trouble anywhere?
     We should never be discouraged,
     Take it to the Lord in prayer.
     Can we find a Friend so faithful.
     Who will all our sorrows share?
     Jesus knows our ev’ry weakness,
     Take it to the Lord in prayer.

3.  Are we weak and heavy laden,
     Cumbered with a load of care?
     Precious Saviour, still our refuge,-
     Take it to the Lord in prayer.
     Do thy friend despise , forsake thee?
     Take it to the Lord in prayer:
     In His arms He’ll take and shield thee,
     Thou wilt find a solace there.
